It includes 2,5% linseed. It does not crumble for a long time and remains soft. It is produced as 300g weight.

  • In order to provide the lack of vitamin and mineral needs of gluten-sensitive consumers following a gluten-free diet, it includes calcium, B1, B2, B6, and folic acid. (100 g bread meets 20% of the daily needs.)
  • Linseed inside the bread consists of Omega 3 fatty acids Vitamin B12 mostly. It has several positive effects upon the digestive system.
  • It has 10 days shelf life when stored in airtight conditions.
