Mayalı Hane Low Protein and Gluten-Free Fruit Cake 100 g

Dough that is prepared with low protein flour mix includes special low protein milk.
There is fig and orange peel which give the special taste to cake.
It is quite similar to the normal cake form.
In order to provide the lack of vitamin and mineral needs of consumers following low protein diet, it includes calcium, B1, B2, B6, and folic acid. (100 g cake meets 20% of the daily needs.)
