Mayalı Hane Low Protein Flat Bread 250g

Yeast dough that is prepared with low protein flour mixture is flavored by slow fermentation.

It is aimed to not increase the protein value by keeping the yeast amount limited.

Thanks to prebiotic fibers in its content, the chewing and sensory properties of the normal bread are provided. It does not crumble for a long time and remains soft.

Its diameter is about 25 cm, and weight is 250 g.  

It is ideal for daily bread consumption and suitable for using as a pizza base by cutting the top surface off.

  • In order to provide the lack of vitamin and mineral needs of  consumers following low protein diet, it includes calcium, B1, B2, B6, and folic acid. (100 g bread meets 20% of the daily needs.)                                                                                                    
  • It has 10 days shelf life when stored in airtight conditions.                                                                                    
  • It is suggested to consume low protein bread as fast as possible after opening or freeze.
