• In order to provide the lack of vitamin and mineral needs of  consumers following low protein diet, it includes calcium, B1, B2, B6, and folic acid. (100 g pastry 60% of the daily needs.)                                                                                                  
• It is supplemented with vitamins B1, B2, B6 and folic Acid (100 g pastry meets 20% of the daily reference intake value.)                                                                                                                                      
• It has 10 days shelf life when stored in airtight conditions.                                                                                  
• It is suggested to consume low protein pastry as fast as possible after opening or freeze.                                                                                                  
• In order to protect the freshness and taste, unfreeze the pastry at room temperature slowly.                                                                                  
• The stale pastries can be freshened by heating it in a toaster, oven or pan.                                                                                                                                                          
• It can be stored for 6 months by freezing at -18C.
